Fitness Classes

Our fitness studio is equipped with free weights, body bars and body balls. We provide an enjoyable and motivating atmosphere in which each student at any level, can begin to revitalize their body by increasing their flexibility, strength and endurance through a low impact cardio and mat workout.
For women only - Open to all levels Mornings, Evenings & Weekends
For New Students Only: First Total Body Workout Class is Free!

Hatha Yoga Classes

Yoga for everyone...

Having been involved in yoga for such a long time my staff and I are well aware that often those interested in trying yoga are reluctant and intimidated at the idea of walking into a yoga class filled with group of young, agile students who can twist themselves into pretzels without much effort at all.
This, however, has never been the focus of the Studio. We offer classes to a diverse population - including older adults, those with physical limitations and injuries, and those with full-bodied figures whose bikini days are long gone. Through our yoga program, the health benefits of are accessible to everyone, no matter what shape, size and level of ability or experience.
In the peaceful and quiet setting of our Yoga Studio, both beginners and experienced students can experience the benefits of an in-depth yoga practice.
